Put of the medicinal spice packet and cup(50ml) of coconut milk (or fresh cows milk)into a cooking pot.2. Add 2 cups (400ml) of water and keep underlow flame.3. Cut 2x2 pumpkin piece, 2 slices of carrot and2 green beans into small pieces.4. Pound tea spoon mustard; add 2 garlic clovesand crush (using mortar & pestle). Put mustardgarlicmixture into the cooking pot and mixwell.5. When the contents of the pot boils, add 3 cupsof water (600ml), washed rice mixture and restof the medicinal spice packet into the pot.6.
