Serenoa repens (saw palmetto) extract equiv. to dry fruit 1.6 g (1600 mg) (standardised to contain fatty acids 144 mg), Urtica dioica (nettle) extract equiv. to dry root 1.13 g (1130 mg), Lycopene 2.5 mg (from Lycopersicon esculentum (tomato) extract soft fruit conc. 41.7 mg equiv. to fresh fruit 14.6 g),Selenomethionine (selenium 50 microgram) 125 microgram, Zinc sulfate monohydrate (zinc7.5 mg) 20.8 mg, d-alpha-Tocopherol (vitamin E 75 IU) 50.3 mg.

Usage Directions:
Adults Take 2 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food
