FAB IRON Liquid Iron is an organic iron with added vitamins and minerals suitable for the whole family. It is a gentle on the stomach, easy to absorb, great-tasting liquid iron with energy boosting B group vitamins to help restore energy and overall health.
Iron supplements can assist when a balanced diet alone cannot effectively maintain adequate levels of iron in the body.
Iron supplementation is especially important for vegetarians, vegans and during pregnancy, as healthy iron levels generally are not met. Also, due to the extra iron women require, and because of factors such as menstruation, iron deficiency is much more prevalent in women than in men.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 55mg

Usage Directions:
Shake well before use. Use enclosed measuring device to obtain an accurate dose.
Children 2 3 years: Take 5ml, once daily
Children 4 12 years: Take 5ml, 1 to 2 times daily
Adults & children over 12 years: Take 10ml, 1 to 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
For Children under 2 years: Consult your healthcare professional.
