Zizyphus jujuba seed (Zizyphus) 10 g
Humulus lupulus flower (Hops) 1.5 g
Prunus cerasus fruit (Sour cherry) 1.2 g
Magnesium citrate anhydrous 494 mg
(Equivalent to magnesium 80 mg)
Naturally derived excipients
Colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose and carnauba wax.
Usage Directions:
Take 1 tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring for sleep.
