Comes as 95% White and 5% Blue, and blue silica gel will turn purple/pink when it adsorbed moisture from the air. Color change once 40% moisture is absorbed into silica, but still, silica gel can absorb moisture. To reuse you can dry in the sun, pan dry, or oven-dry at low temperature, and also you can use the Microwave (low power setting) to heat it for 1-2min.
