Our high-performance, solvent-free epoxy resin system comes in a two-part kit, comprising of resin and hardener. The system is cured at room temperature and boasts exceptional transparency, making it perfect for coating various surfaces such as wood, mosaics, photographs, cement, concrete, & even casting small objects.

WHAT ARE THE APPLICATIONS & ADVANTAGES OF CRYSTAL CLEAR EPOXYRESIN SYSTEM?
High-quality epoxy resin (This is NOT Polyester Resin). This epoxy especially formulated for ornament making, furniture (filling gaps in wood & coating), Jewelry, Craft, laminating & sealing artwork where crystal clear application is required. This product has extremely effective sealing property and bonds almost any surface* including glass, metal, granite, marble, ceramic, concrete etc. Very effective to seal cracks in concrete, ceramic, wood & similar materials.
This casting resin is almost completely colorless, which makes its a great choice for see-through/transparent coatings, embedding and covering of objects. Normally used in an un-reinforced form but it can also be used in a reinforced form.

TECHNICAL DETAILS:
Cold-curing (room temperature), two-component epoxy resin consisting of bis-phenol A-epichlorohydrin and epoxy hardener, low viscosity (very pour-able), cured material is colorless and transparent, to a large extent shrinkage-free, particularly pour-able resin that produces a highly transparent cast piece that has a very smooth, polish-able surface. Mixing ratio of resin to hardener 2:1, de-molding time 24hours, temperature resistant up to app. 60 C.

HOW MUCH RESIN DO I NEED?
To fill 1 (in3) cubic inch, you need about 20-22ml(16-18g) of epoxy resin.
To apply 1 (ft2) square foot area with 1mm thickness, you need about 94ml or 100g of epoxy resin.
PLEASE NOTE:
This product is not UV stabilized, prolong sunlight expose may turn finish product slightly yellowish.
When curing, this product may generate air bubbles.
This product may not bond to surface with oil, grease & other contaminants, certain plastic materials including Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene. etc.
High temperature & humidity can effect curing process, so avoid high temperature & high humid conditions in Sri Lanka.
