Easy Setup
Start: Hold the Start/Stop button for 3 seconds until the green light blinks.
During Logging: The green light flashes every 10 seconds to indicate safe temperatures; a red light signals a temperature breach.
Stop: Press and hold the Start/Stop button again for 3 seconds to end recording. If over-temperature conditions occurred, the red light will remain steady.
