It is best to calculate the does, based on the weight of your child. Calculate the does at 10-15 mg/kg/24 hrs. The liquid could be given 4-6 hourly, up to a maximum of 4 does per 24 hrs. Do not give any other preparation containing paracetamol at the same time, to prevent over dosage.
